On Tuesday L.A. prosecutors made it know that they plan to charge Lindsay Lohan with FELONY GRAND THEFT for a $2,500 necklace that she allegedly stole from a jewelry store sometime last month. Jane Robinson the spokeswoman for the Los Angeles District Attorney released a statement saying that charges will be filed against Lohan on Wednesday(Feb. 8th, 2011) and is due in court for the arraignment Wednesday afternoon.
Lindsay Lohan is no stranger to trouble when famous people do as much as she has done from alcohol abuse, driving charges, and now theft. It is a clear cry for help. Lindsay needs some court appointed counseling and rehab.
